I have been looking into utilizing the Capacity Forecast charts provided by Solarwinds NPM, but these charts have sparked a large number of questions which I am finding hard to answer. I'm looking to find more information into how these charts work and how the data is reconciled. I have been able to understand their basic use by watching some posted videos and looking around in the forums, but I have not been able to find detailed information about how they work. How are the trends calculated? What are the differences between peak and average trends? My charts currently seem to provide daily plot points but they differ in time frames across nodes. Any and all information will be greatly appreciated...
