NPM 12.0 Cosmetic Issue?

If you navigate to Settings->Manage Nodes, you see Admin->Settings->NCM Settings displayed in the upper part of the window.

If you navigate to Settings->NCM Settings, you see Admin->Settings displayed in the upper left portion of the window.

Were these intentionally flipped?

Looks like this is a bug, we will track this on our end and see if we can get it corrected.

Both of these were like that pre NPM 12, so I do not think it has anything to do with the update. Unless, of course, the update should have corrected it.
