NCM Job getting failed and account getting lock

Hi Team,

I am facing one strange issue, we have NCM profile configured with one account and password . We have devices in ASIA and Europe region (based on custom property) . Now the issue is when i run NCM backup job for ASIA devices , backup was successful but when we run NCM job on Europe region device my account from which NCM profile was configured gets lock . We are not sure from where this issue is coming as same account is working fine for ASIA but not for Europe devices . We had details troubleshooting with Network Team and it was confirmed that ASIA devices were using ACS authentication method and Europe devices using ISE method but still we are unable to find concrete reason by which account gets lock .

I remember a performance issue with ISE with one of my clients. The issue was with some ISE Settings, so check there first. Unfortunately I don’t remember the ISE Settings they changed as I was not involved after I pointed my finger at ISE as the cause.
