Renewing the maintainance license

Is there a process of getting the maintainance license renew.?

What i understand is if i do not have a valid license 
I will not get the support from solarwinds team
No further upgrades

Is this true ?

If yes than how can  i get the same renewed ? will it cost me the same as getting the new poller ? whome should i contact for official quote ??

Hi Rajivbahl,

It is true that you won't be able to get support or free upgrades without a valid maintenance. There are several options to renew your maintenance.

1. Contact your reseller and get a quote for the renewal.

2. Contact SolarWinds Customer Service in  order to get a quote ( either via email customerservice@solarwinds.com or submit a ticket )

3. Contact one of our Sales representative in order to get a quote ( sales@solarwinds.com )
