Issue when running NCM wizard

Hi,

has anyone come across the below issue on NCM V7.1 when running NCM wizard ?. I am logged into the server as admin.

"""" You must be logged into Windows using an Account with Administrator rights in order to view and modify scheduled jobs """

I didn't get this error when I was running V7.0. this happened after I upgraded NCM. Any suggestion is much appreciated.

Issue has been resolved, thanks to the Solarwind Support Engineers. They found there was a stuck job hidden within jobs folder. After deleting it I was able to NCM wizard successfully without any issues and was able to schedule and create Jobs.
