Interfaces Disappear from Orion NPM

Question

I running Orion 8.1 demo with all 6 hot fixes installed.  I am currently monitoring active interfaces only on 8 Cisco devices.  I've noticed that shortly after adding the devices, the majority of the monitored interfaces (roughly 85%) disappear from NPM.  They still continue to show up in the Web GUI though.  When I view the device properties in NPM, the previously checked interfaces are no longer checked.  When I recheck the interfaces they then show up duplicated in the Web GUI.  Shortly thereafter, the interfaces disappear again.  When I reselect them, they now show up as triplicates in the Web GUI.  The problem continues on...

Any ideas?  I've seen from previous posts that others have had this problem, however no answers are posted.  I would appreciate any help.

JP, thanks for the quick reply...  How do I check the SolarWinds event logs?  I don't believe there is anything in common.  I have 6500s that are in production as well as two 3550 lab switches using the default configuration out of the box.  Are you attempting to reproduce this with the demo or retail version?

I cannot seem to reproduce this.

Is there something in common with your Cisco devices?  Anything in the solarwinds.net event log?
