Did Solarwinds take away the option to download custom templates that people on thwack has created? In my previous environment/job I had that available. Yes I have my account integrated with the customer portal.

Do you think since I am on a trial the option will not show? We are in the middle of upgrading and moving everything.
what do you think may be the issue if I cannot get any tabs to load?

Looks like a connectivity issue.I guess you haven't logged into Thwack via Orion or the server is not connected to web.

Hello. You can go directly to the content exchange and download the templates from there: Server & Application Monitor
Then you can import them into Orion in order to use them: Import and export templates in SAM - SolarWinds Worldwide, LLC. Help and Support
