Server getting undefined state

when ever the server memory or cpu utlization is reaching high by the time we are seeing that undefined state in solarwinds .

Kindly help to fix this issue.

What is your polling method?

- Agent

- WMI
- SNMP

When you use the Agent, I assume it does not get enough system ressources to provide monitoring capabilities so it goes to unknown.
