Orion NPM install completes but aspx error when the browser opens!

I complete the install correctly, no errors, but when the first web page opens its looking in the wrong directory for the DiscoveryCentral.aspx.

The error shows its looking for Orion\Admin\DiscoveryCentral.aspx but I find that file in the following location:

C:\inetpub\Solarwinds\Orion\Admin\DiscoveryCentral.aspx..

I have removed and re-installed and same error. How can I run the install so it knows where to find these asp files??

You have run the Configuration Wizard right? Just checking that after the install you need to run the config wizard to point to DB etc.
