Unable to see custom property option in advanced alert manager of production version of server and application monitor(SAM). need to do any other setting ?

Unable to see custom property option in advanced alert manager of production version of server and application monitor(SAM) but we can find same custom property option in evaluation version. Please find the Screenshots attached in attachment of both versions.

Kindly reply this question if any one knows solution..

If your production Orion instance is running SAM 6.x simply re-run the Configuration Wizard on your production instance. This will rebuild the alert schema and restore your custom properties.

If this is an older version of SAM then you will need to complete the following steps to restore your custom properties.

• Close Report Writer, and then go to Start -> SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor -> Advanced Features -> Custom Property Editor.

 

• Right-click the Toolbar, and then click Customize.

• Click the Commands tab.

• Click the Properties in the category list, and then drag Update Report Schemas to the toolbar to add a new button to the toolbar.

• Close the Customize window.

• Click Update Report Schemas on the toolbar.

• Click OK after the custom properties have been added to the report schemas, then close Custom Property Editor.
