each time I want to create a Ticket I have to login as customer, but every time ask me for all information to be typed, Is there a way the web page recover tht information from your customer databases?
Not presently. You should not have to actually login, but you do need to enter all of the contact info. at this time.

It not make any sense to me, you have all our info, why dont take it from your databases.
