Monitoring Lotus Notes

I have a number of customers with Lotus Notes and they thought that APM would (more or less) automatically accomodate their need for a Lotus Notes monitor without having to create it them selves. Does anybode know how to monitor Lotus Notes, have a template or any idea of how to solve this "mystery"..?
