Feature Request - PRI utilization

Right now Voice PRI's are treated as an interface with sub-channels. Obviously you cannot get utilization off of that in a normal way. So it would be awesome if channel utilization was added so you could see how your PRI's were being used and do all the things with them in NPM you can with normal circuits.

Yes, that would be an awesome feature if SolarWinds can pull it off. The only way we currently have access to that information is via Service Statistics Manager in the Cisco Unified Communications Management Suite of tools. It's a half dozen or so clicks plus an export to a spreadsheet to begin to get to the PRI's call volume. If SolarWinds could implement that information into Orion, that would be a HUGE benefit to those of us who manage voice PRI's.

We tried to implement this but the device agents are so buggy we couldn't get reliable data. This is a open bug with Cisco.

So it is not as easy as monitoring all the sub channels for up / down and calculating usage percentage based on the amount of time the channels were in use?\

I am not being sassy here just asking. I just kinda thought it was something untried at this point.
