Since we have been having NUMEROUS issues with the problem of "Cannot load Network Map from ....." errors on the summary page and have not been able to get a solid answer for these issues from Solarwinds I have been trying to find workarounds other than a server reboot (which fixes the problem).
I did find (from another user) that running the configuration wizard for the website "seemed to" correct the problem. I say "seemed to" since I have only tried this one time and it worked.What I want to know is if it is possible to run the wizard from a command prompt and specify the website as an option. If so then I can script this as a job to kick off when the error occurs. Any suggestion welcomed as we are getting frustrated/desperate here!Thanks
