SFTP service stops automatically

We are using solar winds sftp service to save the BIGIQ secondary backup directly on the solarwinds server. I observed that this service will stop automatically after 6-7 days. Not sure what is the issue, but we are tired of starting this service manually. Do anybody have any idea why this service will stop automatically? let me know if anybody came across this situation.
