Are you able to ping the node from your Orion Server?  Any security, firewalls, HIPs on the node?  Has it ever be 'up'?

A bit more information would be very helpful.
Where in NCM are you experiencing this? What are you expecting to see and how is your environment.
Is the NCM Forum even the correct forum or are you using NPM/SAM?
