"Page Life Expectancy" monitoring with APM

I would like to capture information from PERFMON running on a database server and use it to create a graph in solarwinds Orion or APM. I am attaching a graphic of what I'm looking at and the data I want to capture. If anyone knows how it can be done (if it can be done) please let me know.

Go to APM Settings. Launch the AppBuilder. Choose WMI Performance Counters. Browse to the target server. You'll be able to select these performance counters.
