Unity Connection APM Template

Has anyone else been having issues trying to create a custom template for Cisco Unity Connection servers? Every attempt at running the snmp wizard to find running processes always returns with no processess running on the server. However, using the exact same snmp string in NPM works without any issues.

Ive got a case opened but it doesnt look like we're getting very far. Case #103135

Any help at all would be great!!!

It's not at all clear from your description what's going on.

I looked at your case, and support provided another response this afternoon, so it's still moving forward. I see that the Support tech is looking at a capture. He's got a lot more info that we have. If he can't help you solve it, it'll go to Dev.

did you ever get this resolved? We recently upgraded to Unity Connection 8.6, and I was about to start adding it to our APM.
