Configuration Change Report Not Displaying Changes

I'm sure variations of this issue have been discussed, but I wanted to share my specific issue. NCM is setup to download all startup & running configs once a week. This is happening on several devices, but I'll use one router in particular. I know for a fact the last two running and startup configs differ significantly. However, when I pull up the device details and view the Configuration Change Report, there are no changes/differences displayed at all. I've selected the time frame that both configs were downloaded within.

If I manually, select both configs and do a comparison, the differences are higlighted correctly. The differences do NOT show up in either the "Last 10 Config Changes" or in the "Config Change Report".

Any Ideas?

Thanks, Sham. I already have 2 tickets open for other issues right now and I haven't had much luck with Support so I'd rather not open another one for something else. I've only been using NCM since version 5. The configuration changes that were made were interfaces being shut down, IP addresses removed and descriptions removed. The important thing is that they show up in a manual comparison, but not in the change report.

It would help greatly if we can look at the DB to see what could be causing this issue. Would you please create a ticket with support and provide them backup of your NCM DB. Also please provide information about what configurations you are looking at specifically.

Also another thing to check, were the configurations you are comparing downloaded with version 5.0 or later. Because the resources you are looking at depend on the diff cache functionality that was added in 5.0. If the configs were downloaded with a previous version, differences will not show up in these resources.
