Cisco devices and power supply, fans etc

Hey,

Has anyone got an idiots guide on how to monitor power supply and fan status for Cisco devices? I can't seem to find that information.

Thanks alot for that, I have just started watching it but have come across a problem already! When I open Universal Device Poller  on my server I get a message saying "An item with the same key has already been added" and when I click OK it closes the program. Help!
