Hello,

I have upgraded Solarwinds NPM to version 10.2, but when i want to add a new node, i get the following error:

I have read the thwack-website and a sollution was renaming the affected dll and repair the installation. Hower i don't know which dll i have to rename. Can anyone help me?

The solution from Solarwinds:

Thanks for coming back to me and ive had a look at your diagnostics and it looks like an old SolarWinds.NPM.Common.dll from Orion NPM 10.0.0 was left at the Root installation folder Program Files\SolarWinds\Orion.

Here is what I would like you to do

1. Stop all Orion Services from advanced features

2. Looked for this file SolarWinds.NPM.Common.dll and rename it to SolarWinds.NPM.Common.old

3. Open control panel programs and Features and Find Orion core Services and right click on it and choose repair

4. Complete the configuration wizard.

It works perfectly, so the case can be closed.
