Incompatibility error when upgrading NCM to 7.0.2

"Solarwinds NCM cannot be installed on this machine due to incompatibility with one or more currently installed SolarWinds product versions."

The versions I currently have installed are

NCM 7.0

NPM 10.2.2

Orion Core 2011.2.2

APM 4.2.0 SP1

Any work-arounds for this?

The issue has been resolved. The case number is 322802.

The solution was to set the Configuration value to FULL in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\SolarWinds\Orion\Core

After that I was able to install.

Does the error message not list for you the possible incompatibility list?

I suspect it may be integration, if you go to add/remove programs do you have an integration installed, if so what version?

No, nothing was listed in the error message.

The name on the integration package is "SolarWinds Orion NCM-NPM Integration v7.0". In the box on the bottom of the window (Server 2008 R2) it says the Product Version is 7.0.2.

Should I remove it and run the installer again?

Ok. So now I've completely screwed up NCM. I removed the NCM-NPM-Integration package and tried to complete the first step of installing NCM 7.0.2 on my Orion Core server and I'm getting the same incompatibility error. I then tried reinstalling NCM 7.0 and I'm getting the exact same error.

Anyone have any suggestions before I contact support?

This implies that the integration package was not the outdated software blocking the 7.0.2 upgrade. All of the Orion software you list should be cross-compatible. You could try first upgrading to NCM 7.0.1 as a prelimiary to the 7.0.2 upgrade; but that really shouldn't be necessary.
