Exiting agents and a new NPM server

I started out with a test server that went into a production server and I deployed the agents manually out to three subnets worth of PCs, two of which are not in a domain, and then had some major issues, I caused them myself so don't ask, so I wound up rebuilding the server from scratch.  I set it up with the same IP that the original one had but a network scan does not show the agents, they were set to agent initiated connection when I installed them from a Golden Master.   Do I have to re-install from a new Golden master or am I missing something to trigger the connections?

Yes, you're most likely going to have to reconfigure the agents. When agents are initially configured they ask for a username/password. After the initial communication they base their authentication based off of certificate exchange. So even though the SolarWinds server is using the same IP the server certificate has changed.

On windows if you open Orion Agent Settings, reenter the username/password and click OK it'll reestablish the agent.
