i have NCM 7.4.1 and i am having trouble running a scheduled backups of my WLC's. when i tell NCM to download the config, the download completes just fine (takes a while but it completes), however when my nightly job kicks off to conduct it the job stays in a running state and none of the configs have been downloaded, i've left this job running for 14 hours in one instance and it still hadn't completed. Can anyone point me in the right direction of what could be causing this particular issue?
