January reports only 87.38 availability for ELECTA SWITCH APP. That value includes the unknown status thats why the value of that app is only 87.38. So the client wants to totally remove the unknown status in availability reporting. And only the UP and Down status will be included in reporting.. Now, im already doing the custom report but I dont really know how to exclude unknown status in availability report.
Anyone? Please need your help. Thanks!
