I have 137 switches across 2 networks-NCM

I have 137 switches across 2 networks. 10.45.254.xxx and 10.46.254.xxx. I have set NCM to back up configs nightly. That works fine. When I try to update the firmware I am unable to update the switches on the 10.46.254.xxx network. It tells me error accessing image file. I can update the firmware successfully on the 10.45.254.xxx network.
