AppInsight for Exchange

IS there a reason WHY PS 2.0 needs to be installed on a win2012 server, to get this product to work> Has anyone ran into the same situation?

I grabbed this off the MS site: PowerShell 3.0 and 4.0 are backward compatible with PowerShell 2.0, and PowerShell 4.0 is backward compatible with 3.0.

Maybe there's a command that 2.0 has that is changed in newer versions or something along those lines...in looking at the doc, you're right it is required. My systems have 2.0 installed...so I can't speak to if it would cause an issue or not.
