I have two Orion systems; One has 2 APE's and approximately 30K devices. It is running on 2019.2. In January, the search function quit working in NCM. It shows "indexing in progress: 0% complete". The recommended solution to the issue by Support was to upgrade to 2019.4. Before I could do that, I was tasked with setting up a new Orion system for a sister company. The second Orion system is running on 2019.4, and has only approximately 2K devices....much smaller. The search function worked initially in this system, but then began only showing configs up to mid-March. After looking into why newer configs weren't being displayed/found, I am now getting the same message as my 2019.2 platform system; "indexing in progress: 0% complete". So, the NCM search function is completely useless in both my systems; 2019.2 and 2019.4 platforms. Has anyone run into this? Any suggestions? I'm currently working with SolarWinds support but they seem completely stumped.
