I get the following when trying to add a monitor in APM. The Orion website is currently unable to display this page. Orion polling and alerting services often continue running, though this page cannot be displayed. Please take the following steps to attempt to alleviate the issue: * Log in to the website again and navigate to another Orion page, allowing you to isolate the error to this page. * Ensure the Orion services are still running. * Check that your SQL Server is still running and accessible. Please notify SolarWinds of this error. We will address and help you fix the issue. Your specfic error is: APM was unable to decrypt credentials stored in the database. To resolve this error, go to the Credentials Library and reenter the passwords for each credential that is defined. Resetting the passwords does not work, neither does adding a new credential. Any suggestions?

Orion Website Error - When Adding Monitors

I get the following when trying to add a monitor in APM.

The Orion website is currently unable to display this page. Orion polling and alerting services often continue running, though this page cannot be displayed. Please take the following steps to attempt to alleviate the issue:

Log in to the website again and navigate to another Orion page, allowing you to isolate the error to this page.
Ensure the Orion services are still running.
Check that your SQL Server is still running and accessible.

Please notify SolarWinds of this error. We will address and help you fix the issue.

Your specfic error is:

APM was unable to decrypt credentials stored in the database.  
                                              To resolve this error, go to the Credentials Library 
                                              and reenter the passwords for each credential that is defined.

Resetting the passwords does not work, neither does adding a new credential.

Any suggestions?

dbohls, did you very recently move your Orion APM deployment to a different server?

Actually, I just realized now that it is only happening with one template. The "Windows 2003-2008" template is already applied to 31 nodes and works fine, but when I try to add it to another "test" fails. All other templates work fine.

I'm going to try creating my own windows 2003-2008 template and see if that works.\

Hmmm. Could this be a symptom of running out of licensed APM component monitors? Can you check the license count? APM Settings > License Summary

Already did. I'm using 437 of 500. 63 left.
