Transaction log on database

Hi,

Can Solarwinds monitor the transaction logs or audit log of database? For example, We made a changes, modify, insert or create on a database and I want to see who made that? If yes, What module of Solarwinds?

I'm guessing SAM would the place to start looking. Look at some existing monitors/templates... or Transactions under AppInsightSQL in SAM maybe?
