Need Help On Report On Alert Name That Begins With

I have added a few alerts (Under AdminAlerts & ReportsManage Alerts ) named below

London Servers - Alert When Down
London Servers - Alert When CPU Above 90%
London Servers - Alert When Memory Above 90%

Manchester Servers - Alert When Down

Manchester Servers - Alert When CPU Above 90%

Manchester Servers - Alert When Memory Above 90%

I now want to create a report that shows me what alerts exists that begin with "London Servers -" I also want to display the alert description and custom fields in a custom table so the report looks like

London Servers - Alert When Down                                                              Description of alert London Servers - Alert When Down                      custom field 1

London Servers - Alert When CPU Above 90%                                                              Description of alert London Servers - Alert When Above 90%                      custom field 1

London Servers - Alert When Memory Above 90%                                                              Description of alert London Servers - Alert When  Above 90%                     custom field 1

Does anyone know how I can do this
