We moved our whole Solarwinds system to a new server (same old SQL server). Everything seems to be working, except in the NCM manager. There are many switches in there, mostly behind firewalls, that are marked as "Down". It shows a response time of "No Response". However, it will ping them, it will Validate SNMP, validate login, and even download the config. So, why are they all showing "Down"??
