Trap Viewer Alerts - Conditions Tab

I am trying to setup the Trap Viewer so it the traps will change color and send an email or play a sound.

The alert actions work when I trigger the alert based on the IP of the device, but I cannot figure out out to triger the Alert actions based on Conditions.

Here is an example of one of my conditions.

Traps recieved where ANDY of the following are true:
SNMPv2-MIB:snmpTrapOID is equal to IF-MIB:linkDown
