Maximum icmp/snmp Response time

Hi

The maximum icmp/snmp response time available on NPM is currently 5000ms, I deal a lot with satellite systems and can experience latency above 5000ms even when a node is still active which generates a lot of false alerts. Is there a way to increase the maximum delay above 5000ms?

Hi,

This parameter is stored in the Settings table in the max field of the NetPerfMon-ResponseTime-Error entry.

If you increase this value it will let you set it above 5000ms in the web console.

You can use database manager to edit that entry in your db.
