For this template I set the warning threshold to 3 and critical to 5 thinking I would get 3 minutes and 5 minutes but it appears it's showing down much sooner than that. What value do I use for 3 minutes? Is it in seconds or Milliseconds, or ?
The value returned from this monitor is in seconds. So for your warning threshold you should set a value of 180 (3 minutes), and 300 for the critical threshold (5 minutes).
