We have about 11 APC's at various locations, and various sizes (from 750 to 10,000) and trying to get them to show recommended replacement dates. I have some showing 2051 others with a bunch of 0's and some show 1000. Any idea how to get them to show accurate information?
they will show other information correctly like run time remaining, and temp, and current status.
