Real-Time Process Explorer Provider Failure

I setup a non-admin acct. I modified the wmi permissions, added user to dcom and performance mon groups on a test server. Solarwinds can query wmi to get info about the server (node details, cpu, hard drive info), but RTPE does not work. It seems silly (non-secure) to have to make a domain admin acct for one function that doesn't work. Any clues on how to make it work?

The guide just says how to use it. It doesn't answer the question of how to make it work with a non-admin on the remote server being monitored

RTPE provides access to end processes, pause polling, and use different credentials which are stored on Orion, it is not simply a viewer. Those items are admin features.
