APM Application on Orion Map?

Are there any plans to allow putting an application defined in APM onto an Orion network map? I have a logical flow of a web server environment where I am monitoring routers, switches, firewalls and load balancers and I wanted to add the main URL's (probably user experience monitors) that these servers host. Is anyone doing something like this?

Yes, there are plans, but not until after Orion 9.0.
