Has anyone else noticed that the "Find Address" applet in NCM is pretty much useless? It never tells me the switch and port that a given MAC address is located on. The best results I get are something like "Downstream from 2/49 [short wave fiber gigabit ethernet] on Cat5250-C130 Rank: 0". This really doesn't tell me much of anything. I have asked Tech Support about this in the past, and they told me it is a known issue, but this was months (maybe even over a year ago), and it still isn't working. I could use this applet (if it worked) on a daily basis, so it would be really nice if it could be fixed.
Since I was told that it was a know issue, I am assuming that everyone is having this issue. I would be curious to hear from everyone as to their success, or lack of, with this applet.
