False RAID Alerts on IBM servers

Hi

We have 5 IBM servers that are showing Raid alerts but no alerts are being displayed on the server itself, do you know why this is appearing and what we can do to stop this? We have tried re-adding the nodes but the same message appears for all 5 servers.

snmp is enabled and responds to the test, tried re-adding the servers to SolarWinds, all 5 servers are showing the same Critical status, each server has 4GB Ram and use the software “Mega Raid” the software is showing no issues at all, we have updated one servers firmware for the raid and we are still seeing the issues.

Could you post a screenshot of the "Current Hardware Health" resource for one of the servers where you are seeing this issue with the hardware category that is in a "Critical" state fully expanded, along with a MIB walk from that device using this tool? Another option would be to open a case with support and provide the same information. Either way, we will need this information to troubleshoot this issue properly.
