Anyone watching counters for Sharepoint 2010 workflows?

I am building an app to watch the counters for workflows. Before I reinvent the wheel, anyone else watching this kind of stuff?

I created a monitor for workflows in Sharepoint 2007.

2010 is a bit harder since there are no instances in the Windows Workflow Foundation of that newer version. Looking for a way around that....

You may be inventing the wheel afterall. It would be great if you shared your resulting application template in the Content Exchange when you're done. Sounds like this would be handy for other users running SharePoint.

Did anyone come up with a monitor for Sharepoint 2010.

Also I have noticed the counters in the Sharepoint Server 2010 template I am using in SAM 6.2.1 although showing as 'Up' don't appear to be returning any figures as all the charts are flat lining at zero, is anyone else using the Sharepoint Server 2010 template that can confirm they are getting stats back. Any suggestions how I can check if these counters are working as they should be.
