To get support from vendor (solarwinds) we need to pay or its free? if it is pay how much it will cost for one time support? how to proceed that?

i am using solarwinds orion NPM v8.0.2 with SL500. i am supporting to my client, now i am facing the problem with the alert is not updating on the last 25 events. it happens regularly,eventhough all the services are running.
can you suggest your ideas on this.
That is a pretty old version, the latest is 9.5. So you are not under active maintanance? Any chance of getting on maintanance and upgrading?
