Error backing up a few switches. Getting a NcmBusinessLayerPlugin error

Morning,

I have several switches, routers, and other devices backing up their configs successfully. However, I'm having problems with a hand full of switches.

Can somebody help?

I'm getting the following error.

ERROR: Running config: Configuration post processing error. See NcmBusinessLayerPlugin and DPE logs for details

ERROR: Running config: Failed to save the config

Looks like a known error, go through the below link for details.

Or maybe its the version that you are running on, can you confirm on NCM Version, because the link as well says this issue is fixed through a Hotfix, before installing that Hotfix i would suggest you to raise a case with SolarWinds rather than trying this out.

Note: The Config Archive issue has been been fixed on NCM 2020.2.1 Hotfix 1.
