default unmanaged time setting.

i need to change the default time for unmanaged from the current 24 hours to a default setting of 1 hour. i know that we can manually change this for each time we set a device to unmanaged but i need the default time for unmanaged to be one hour instead of 24.

I need the default to be one hour and any other amount of time we will set the unmanaged time manually.
