We have a jumpbox in front of the core devices so NCM isn't able to directly logon to the core devices. Is it possible to gather the running configs with NCM and snmp, but no logon?
You can upload or download config and execute some extra commands via SNMP with Cisco SNMP Tool v1.4. This version works better than higher ones. I don't think SolarWinds wants to do that. Because it is not a standard method to get or set the config.
Note: It only works on the Cisco IOS devices.
