Hi everybody
I have been trying to get NCM Connector for Cisco SmartAdvisor for a little while and finally found some useful instructions about editing the config file to limit the scope of the scan.
However after completing a scan twice i now keep getting an error "Access Denied, CanManageUsers permission required" The account I setup for these scans has these rights, using my own administrator account has these permissions but I get the same error.
Also for the 2 scans that did complete, the reports are empty or info from cisco. they Just contain information that I could have retrieved myself manaully from the devices.
Is this a dead product and i should use Cisco Active Advisor instead?
