Cant access the Application Status page

I have reinstalled the application monitor on my server. I do have some demo servers up on the monitoring, and have conifgured the website so that I can link to the application monitor pages just fine.

The problem comes when I click on a server and from there try to click on a perticular service. The individual "Service Status" pages are not coming up and are instead displaying a message of Access to this page is denied.

When I go into the admin section on the orion site, and then go to the list of accounts. I do NOT see a section with a drop down allowing me select "application status" as the default view for that feature; anywhere under any account including the admin.

Does anyone know why I might be getting this error, and how can I fix it? Please let me know. Thanks!
