Clear Basic alerts from NPM website

How do I clear the Basic Alerts posted in the "Active Alerts" section???

How do I acknowledged the alerts???

Any Help with this would be appreciated.

Events may be acknowledged and cleared from the Event Details window by clicking on the X. Specific details can be found here http://www.solarwinds.com/NetPerfMon/SolarWinds/OrionAdministratorGuide.1.32.htm

Thanks for the reply, however, I'm trying to clear a "BASIC ALERT" in the "Active Alerts" pane in ORION Website???

This is not an "Event" in the "Event Summary" pane.

My apologies, no coffee yet ; )

Open system manager>>click the alerts button>>click configure basic alerts>>click the check boxes to de-select the alerts and then recheck the boxes. This should allow the alerts to be cleared. Then go to your website and hit f5 - the alert should clear. Please let me know if this helps.

That the only way to clear the ALERTS???

So, If/ we have a multi of ALERTS, I/ we will have to do this each time an ALERT fires???
