No "Import Devices from Orion Database" under Scheduler

I'm installing NCM at a customer that already has NPM.  For some reason, when I go to the NCM, under Schedule, there is no "Import Devices from Orion Database."  I have re-ran the configuration wizard several times, and even uninstalled and reinstalled twice.  What am I missing, please?

You are correct that the import no longer exists as NCM now synchronizes with an Orion platform database. Is your NCM standalone or integrated with NPM? If it is integrated you can promote Nodes to be NCM nodes within the web interface. ( Under NCM node list click manage NCM nodes to get to the management UI)
