New to NCM - Firmware Template (Aruba 8325 and 6300M)

Hi there

I am relatively new to NCM and want to use it to deploy a firmware upgrade on our Aruba infrastructure.
I am trying set up the network share but I am getting a "Unable to Connect polling engine" when I valid the credentials.
Any assistance or insight would be amazing

Is this from the main polling engine or an additional poller? I would try bouncing the Orion services and see if that resolves the issue.
